Kristin has extensive experience with startups in Germany and East Africa. She is now Research and Funding Coordinator at the Berlin Institute for Innovation and supports founders in getting grants for specific purposes.

After 20 years of FMCG Sales & Marketing positions Thomas founded his own Startup Consultancy in 2004. He is an active networker, lecturer at two Berlin universities for applied sciences and one of the first mentors at Berlin Startup School.
